Free location QR code generator

Send people to the exact spot

Drop a pin on the map above (or paste coordinates) and download a free location QR code. Scanning it opens the place in the phone’s default maps app, ready for directions — no address typing, no “which entrance?” confusion. The coordinates are encoded in your browser and never sent to a server.

To create yours:

  1. 1

    Find your location

Search or drag the pin to the exact point — a door, stall or car park.

  2. 2

    Confirm the coordinates

Latitude and longitude fill in automatically.

  3. 3

    Customise the look (optional)

Add a logo, brand colours and a “Find us” frame.

  4. 4

    Download free

PNG for screens, or vector SVG/PDF for print — no watermark.

Perfect for events and venues

Use it on wedding invites, festival signage, delivery instructions, market stalls or “meet here” posters.

How a location QR code works

The code stores a standard geo: link with latitude and longitude, which iPhone (iOS 11+) and Android (10+) open in Apple Maps or Google Maps. Because the coordinates are encoded directly, the code works forever and offline. Want it to point at a specific Google Maps listing or business page instead? Use a URL QR code with your Maps share link.

Yes — completely free, no sign-up and no watermark. It’s open source and runs in your browser.
