Yes — and it always will be. Generating a QR code costs essentially nothing, so the core tool stays free with no watermark and no limits. See why it's free.
Is the API free too?
Yes — the REST API and MCP server are free for everyone, including dynamic-code creation up to the free plan's 10-code limit. We'd rather you build on OpenQR than paywall the integration.
What do I actually pay for with Pro?
